Apple Hill

Apple Hill is a great place for families to visit. It runs along Highway 50 in Camino and Placerville. This time of year they have Christmas Tree farms, various fresh and organic fruit, and of course, lots of apples. There are a number of ranches along the path so you can spend an hour or you can spend the day. Some of the ranches have craft booths, places to eat, and stores that sell fresh apple juice and apple pies. Some of my favorite ranches are High Hill Ranch, Abel's, and Boa Vista Orchard.
